Supporto motore AW - 32593

Studiato appositamente per i telai in alluminio, questo banchino è composto da 3 parti; uno scheletro in alluminio per garantire rigidità e planarità, il corpo centrale dove avvitare il motore ed incollare le boccole ed un uncino per tenere fermo il motore. Queste ultime due parti sono realizzate in stampa 3D utilizzando un PLA particolare, molto resistente agli sforzi che la trasmissione comporta, ma allo stesso tempo sufficientemente elastico da evitare che si spezzi.

Nel kit vengono fornite le boccole in derlin (PRS 32507) in alternativa si possono usare i cuscinetti a sfera a singola flangia (PRS 32527). È altamente sconsigliato l’utilizzo di altre boccole e/o cuscinetti.

L’altezza da terra dell’assale posteriore è equivalente al banchino con offset 1.0 di Slot.it.

This motor mount has been studied for our aluminium chassis and it’s made by 3 different parts; an aluminium base to have hi rigidity and linear motor mount, the central part where to fix the motor and glue the bushings and a hook to keep the motor. These 2 parts are realized in 3D printing using a special PLA, very strong to the stress due to the transmission, but at the same time enough elastic to don’t break.

The kit includes derlin bushing (PRS 32507), also ceramic ball bearings (PRS 32527) can be used. It’s not suggested to use other kind of bushings or ball bearings.

The ground clearance is the same of Slot.it offset 1.0 motor mounts.
